Salary: $20.25/Hour Minimum

Report Times: 7:30 am - 3:30pm
Daily Hours: 8 (7.5 Paid)

Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus EITHER:
(A) Graduation with an Associate’s degree or successful completion of at least sixty (60) credit hours from a college or university; OR,
(B) Two (2) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience*; OR,
(C) An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.
*Experience as a Teller, Cashier or Sales Clerk will not be considered appropriate experience for the purposes of these minimum qualifications.
NOTE: Your degree must have been awarded by a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/U.S Secretary of Education. If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside the United States and its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency. Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
Ability to manage phone and in-person interactions respectfully & professionally;
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Commitment to high-quality, accurate, and efficient work;
Previous secretarial experience.
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Provide direct clerical support to the school Principal and Assistant Principals;
Serve as a frontline liaison for students, families, staff, and visitors;
Organize and maintain the administrators’ schedules, meetings, and communications;
Coordinate school-wide mailings, including summer mailer, report cards, and family communications;
Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies;
Working with district finance team on budget management;
Support logistics for school events and student support efforts;
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role;
Other duties as assigned.
