Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: Life Insurance & Annuity
• Assist in Coordinate business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience.
• Support the identification of process optimization opportunities.
• Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with project communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and project planning.
• Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in Insurance industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in **Life Insurance Industry**
+ Proven experience in business process services
+ Experience in business process analysis and recommendations
+ Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
+ A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
+ Experience in leading & coordinate operational project
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster) a plus
Must have a VALID Indefinite US Work Permit

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $58,500 - $108,600.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
