About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Business Relationship Support Representative in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .
In this role, you will:
+ Support relationship managers to resolve operational issues associated with customer accounts
+ Provide suggestions to improve and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
+ Produce loan reports, packages, checklists, and forms
+ Perform routine administrative support, operational and customer support tasks related to the documentation process
+ Act as a liaison with other departments in resolving simple to moderately complex customer issues
+ Receive direction from relationship managers and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
+ Assist in the solicitation and follow up on customer operational needs, requests, and resolution of problems
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Interact with internal customers
+ Receive direction from leaders
+ Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Previous financial services experience
+ Customer service experience with Wells Fargo channels Contact Center, Digital or Store
+ Treasury management products and services experience
+ Knowledge of ServiceView, FedEx ShipManager, UAM, and AES
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
+ Ability to navigate within Microsoft Excel
+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Job Expectations:
+ Position schedule is in office Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
+ No hybrid schedule available
+ Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
