About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent & Workforce Operations Consultant who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives.
In this role, you will:
+ Execute Requisition Approval Process
+ Oversee Hiring Days and Point of Contact to Contractor Firms
+ Hold Manager Office Hours
+ Assist BSLs with Resource Planning
+ Coordinate and execute across site leads to drive engagement events at Cyber locations
+ New employee onboarding orientation - keep materials refreshed and facilitate quarterly event
+ Facilitate learning and development sharing throughout Cybersecurity via Conference Café sessions
+ Create and publish monthly Connections newsletter to reach Cybersecurity's 3,000 person global workforce
+ Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
+ Review customer information with the technology team
+ Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
+ Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer
+ Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations
+ Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
+ Provide guidance on leveraging new technology
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Technology resource or capacity planning experience
+ Talent and skills strategy planning
+ Familiarity with talent and workforce planning in an agile environment
+ Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
+ Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
+ Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
+ Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
+ Event facilitation, both in person and virtual
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Understanding of adult/professional learning: facilitation and experience creating presentations, eLearning, facilitator resources, managing rosters/learning operations, assessment design/analysis and assessing effectiveness
+ Proficiency with digital delivery tools and functions like MS TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, WebEx
+ Advanced skills with survey tools, Sharepoint and M365
+ Experience consulting with internal clients regarding learning solutions or business needs
