The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
Within EFT we are seeking a strategic and technically adept Software Engineering Senior Manager for our SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Tenant Management can Copilot platforms. This leader will drive the engineering vision and operational excellence of these critical communication services in a fast-paced financial services environment.
In this role, you will:
+ Manage, coach, and develop a team or teams of experienced engineers and engineering managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk, responsible for building high quality capabilities with modern technology
+ Manage & optimize platforms to support the organization's digital information management needs
+ Ensure adherence to the Banking Platform Architecture and meeting non-functional requirements with each release
+ Partner with, engage and influence architects and experienced engineers to incorporate Wells Fargo Technology technical strategies, while understanding next generation domain architecture and enable application migration paths to target architecture, for example cloud readiness, application modernization, data strategy
+ Function as the technical representative for the product during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for driving escalated resolution of technology roadblocks including code, build and deployment while also managing overall software development cycle and security standards
+ Determine appropriate strategy and actions to act as an escalation partner for scrum masters and the teams to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables and help remove impediments, obstacles, and friction while encouraging constant learning, experimentation, and continual improvement
+ Build engineering skills side-by-side in the codebase, conduct peer reviews to evaluate quality and solution alignment to technical direction, and guide design, as needed
+ Interpret, develop and ensure security, stability, and scalability within functions of technology with moderate complexity, as well as identify, manage and mitigate technology and enterprise risk
+ Collaborate, partner and influence Product Managers/Product Owners to drive user satisfaction & influence technology requirements and priorities in the product roadmap, promote innovative and intelligent solutions, generate corporate value and articulate technical strategy while being a solid advocate of agile and DevOps practices
+ Interact directly with third party vendors and technology service providers
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in technology engineering
+ Hire, build and guide a culture of talent development to have the skills required to effectively design and deliver innovative solutions for product areas and products to meet business objectives and strategy, as well as conduct performance management for engineers and managers
+ Champion modern engineering principles such as DevOps, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), test automation, and agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 6+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology
+ 6+ years of current hands-on software development & engineering experience
+ 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive
+ 3+ years of management or leadership experience
+ 3+ years of direct report management experience including, but not limited to, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations and determining salary adjustments
+ 3+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with Tenant Management
+ Experience with Microsoft Copilot
+ Experience in driving organizational change through agile delivery, lean thinking, and new ways of working
+ Ability to develop and deliver effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent
+ Experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from demonstrating strong business and technology acumen
+ Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft 365 services
+ Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant governance, compliance, and security
+ Demonstrated application of modern software engineering methods such as agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test-driven development (TDD)
+ Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft 365 Developer Associate)
+ Knowledge of Azure AD, Teams, Microsoft Graph API, and related cloud services
+ Production monitoring process setup with automation/dashboards
+ Experience with workflow configuration & implementation
+ Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a high-pressure environment
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive solutions
+ Experience with Agile transformations
+ Experience in creating & delivering technology roadmaps.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
