Cambridge Health Alliance's **Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)** is a nationally recognized model of care that serves adults aged 55 and older living with chronic medical and/or mental health challenges.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a **Practice Medical Receptionist** to join our dynamic and compassionate PACE team at the CHA East Cambridge Care Center. This front-facing role is crucial to the success of our program, acting as the first point of contact for participants and visitors, as well as ensuring a welcoming and organized outpatient experience.
The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This individual will facilitate effective communication among our health providers and participants, as well as serve as a link between other CHA departments, outside service agencies, and consulting providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, families, and visitors to the PACE Department at CHA East Cambridge Care Center.
• Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Coordinate participant appointments and manage scheduling using EPIC.
• Support providers and interdisciplinary team members with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Ensure accurate communication between internal departments and external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of participants in all interactions.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred • Minimum 1 year administrative experience, preferably in an outpatient medical setting •Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and telephone etiquette • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Bilingual in Portuguese highly preferred• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with EPIC electronic health record systems preferred
