Description We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team in Sacramento, California. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and finance, who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work with a diverse range of clients, offering strategic legal advice on complex real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.

• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic counsel to developers, investors, and financial institutions.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate projects.

• Provide guidance on asset management, development, and property disputes.

• Represent clients in arbitration and in state and federal courts when necessary.

• Conduct thorough due diligence for real estate acquisitions and financing arrangements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive and high-quality legal support.

• Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Offer advice on real estate investments and related risks.

• Support clients in resolving disputes related to real estate transactions and management. Requirements • A minimum of three years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate.

• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.

• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to handle complex real estate matters independently and within a team.

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Commitment to providing client-focused and responsive legal services.
