Description We are looking for a highly skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Oakland, California. This role involves handling legal matters related to labor and employment, wrongful death claims, and personal injury cases. You will play a critical role in managing litigation processes and advocating for plaintiffs in various legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct witness interviews and prepare testimony for legal cases

• Draft and file motions and other legal documents effectively

• Manage wrongful death claims and personal injury cases from inception to resolution

• Represent plaintiffs in litigation proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected

• Develop case strategies and oversee case management tasks

• Collaborate with clients to gather evidence and build strong cases

• Handle labor and employment disputes, providing sound legal advice and representation

• Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Advocate for clients during negotiations, mediations, and trials

• Monitor case progress and maintain detailed records of legal activities Requirements • Expertise in handling wrongful death claims and personal injury cases for plaintiffs.

• Proficiency in personal injury law and litigation with a focus on plaintiff representation.

• Strong ability to draft motions and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

• Skilled in preparing and delivering witness testimony in legal proceedings.

• Experience in interviewing witnesses and gathering critical case information.

• Demonstrated capability in managing cases from inception to resolution effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build compelling legal arguments.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to advocate for clients.

• Familiarity with court procedures, legal research, and trial preparation.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all legal matters.
