Description

We’re seeking a talented BI Developer with hands-on experience in Power BI, Python, and SQL to join our growing data and analytics team. In this role, you’ll transform raw data into actionable insights and interactive dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive performance, efficiency, and visibility.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

+ Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

+ Use Python to automate data workflows, cleanse data, and build analytical models

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions

+ Integrate data from multiple sources to build unified, consistent data models

+ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across reporting solutions

+ Stay current with BI tools, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in a BI, Data Analyst, or Data Engineering role

+ Proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

+ Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

+ Intermediate to advanced experience in Python for data manipulation and scripting

+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory)

+ Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning techniques

+ Background in data governance, security, and compliance
