Description We are looking for an Architectural Marketing Project Specialist to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid role, you will work three days in the office and two days remotely, with Wednesdays being mandatory in-office days. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and manage key deliverables related to architectural marketing assets for our residential communities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive project management support with a positive and detail-oriented attitude.

• Manage the timely trafficking of projects to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Oversee the lifecycle of architectural marketing projects, ensuring deliverables such as floor plans, brochures, renderings, and virtual tours meet quality standards.

• Monitor project progress by organizing requirements and verifying alignment with company standards.

• Collaborate with teams across Community Planning, Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to achieve project goals.

• Prioritize and manage multiple competing projects while maintaining attention to detail.

• Apply sound decision-making to ensure the on-time delivery of all assigned tasks.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organizational objectives. Requirements • Associate degree or equivalent certification is required.

• At least one year of project management experience, preferably in marketing or architecture.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.

• Exceptional multitasking skills with a proven ability to handle competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
