    Robert Half Legal is partnering with a prestigious and well-established midsize trial firm in Century City to fill an exciting contract-to-hire Litigation Paralegal role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trial preparation and hands-on support during trials. This hybrid opportunity provides flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact at a firm known for its dedication to excellence in litigation.

     

    •Responsibilities:

    + Partner with attorneys to support litigation efforts, focusing on trial strategy and preparation.

    + Perform detailed document reviews and manage discovery processes, including working with e-discovery platforms.

    + Create and organize critical trial materials, including trial binders, exhibits, and evidence lists.

    + Assist in all aspects of trial logistics, including witness preparation, coordinating expert testimony, and courtroom support.

    + Track key dates, filing deadlines, and court requirements to ensure compliance.

    + Work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with extensive trial prep expertise.

    + Knowledge of state and federal court systems, including filing protocols and rules.

    + Proficiency in litigation software and e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, TrialDirector, or similar programs).

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program is preferred.

    + Experience working in a midsize firm environment is valued but not required.

    + Familiarity with hybrid work settings or flexible workflows is a plus.
