Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for someone who excels at analyzing business needs and driving effective solutions. The role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows and process maps.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance during the implementation of new systems or processes.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks in a timely manner.

• Ensure that solutions align with organizational objectives and compliance standards.

• Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and user requirements.

• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior-level role.

• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

• Proficiency in creating detailed workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and validation processes.

• Knowledge of business operations and compliance requirements.
