Description We are in the process of expanding our team and are actively seeking a Recruiter in the Finance and Accounting industry. The position is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52401, United States. As part of our team, you will be in charge of handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and managing customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities

• Introduce our services to new and existing clients through various mediums such as video, telephone, and in-person meetings

• Evaluate and place finance and accounting professionals in positions with our clients

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates

• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates

• Participate in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community

• Utilize various recruiting tools such as Careerbuilder, Applicant Track System, and Internet Recruiting to source and track potential candidates

• Conduct Background Checks as part of the recruitment process

• Engage in Cold Calling to attract potential candidates

• Handle Corporate Recruiting and Executive recruiting processes

• Manage Full Cycle Recruiting from sourcing to hiring. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role

• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates

• Familiarity with Applicant Track System for managing the recruitment process

• Experience in conducting Background Checks to ensure candidate suitability

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a recruitment context

• Proven experience in Cold Calling as a recruitment strategy

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, specifically in the hiring of mid to high-level positions

• Expertise in Executive Recruiting, targeting high-profile candidates

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, managing the process from candidate sourcing to onboarding

• Proficiency in Internet Recruiting, using online platforms to attract potential candidates.
