Description We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. In this role, you will manage the flow of customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate production of finished products while maintaining excellent communication with clients. This position also involves collaborating with the sales team to provide seamless service and meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer requests and ensure they are accurately entered into the production schedule.

• Monitor production timelines to confirm that finished products are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries about production, job status, and delivery options.

• Assist clients with tracking orders and resolving any questions related to production processes.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and maintain smooth operations.

• Utilize ERP software to manage and track inventory and logistics effectively.

• Handle clerical tasks such as auditing, chart creation, and generating reports to support operational efficiency.

• Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.

• Oversee freight bills and ensure accurate billing for shipping services. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in ERP software and other inventory management tools.

• Familiarity with ADP Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software is a plus.

• Strong skills in clerical duties, including auditing and creating charts or graphs.

• Ability to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.

• Experience in managing freight bills and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
