    Description

    We’re seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across ERP, Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, and Fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, you’ll support cross-functional teams with dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive smart decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Looker and Snowflake

    + Analyze data from ERP and operational systems to uncover trends and support decision-making

    + Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and insights

    + Translate business needs into BI solutions with clear documentation and visual mockups

    + Support user training, UAT, and data quality initiatives

    + Improve reporting processes and maintain BI documentation

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

    + 5+ years’ experience with ERP, accounting, retail, or wholesale data

    + 3+ years writing SQL queries; experience with Snowflake and JIRA

    + Strong communication and time management skills

    Preferred:

    + Experience with Looker

    + Background in apparel, retail, or e-commerce

    + Familiarity with POS systems, EDI standards, Agile/Scrum, and test planning
