    •️ Prepare and file periodic SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), financial disclosures, and support schedules

    •️ Partner with auditors to ensure smooth audit cycles

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s in Accounting (required); CPA or on the path to certification preferred

    • 6 months+ year of experience in public accounting or corporate reporting

    • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements

    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
