    Key Responsibilities:

    Discovery Review and Summarization: Analyze, organize, and summarize large volumes of discovery materials with accuracy and efficiency.

     

    + Document Management: Track, manage, and produce documents throughout the discovery process, ensuring responsiveness and relevance.

    + Case Preparation: Support attorneys by compiling relevant case data and materials for trial preparation.

    + Client and Witness Interaction: Assist in communications and coordination with clients, witnesses, and experts.

    + Collaborative Support: Work with legal teams to strategize and meet important deadlines during high-stakes litigation.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a paralegal in discovery or litigation support.

    + Skills: Strong organizational skills, an ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy, and keen attention to detail.

    + Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of eDiscovery platforms, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.

    + Team Player: Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

    + Education: Paralegal certificate or equivalent education/experience strongly preferred.
