    Description

    We are seeking a well-rounded, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join a company dedicated to fostering employee success and a collaborative workplace culture. As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key resource across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, and more.     Key Responsibilities

    + Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing and resolving employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

    + Execute and improve onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and oversee offboarding tasks for departing employees.

    + Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, including maintaining accurate employment records and assisting with audits as needed.

    + Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters.

    + Provide assistance to employees with benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives.

    + Assist in developing and delivering training programs to support employee growth, compliance, and professional development.

    + Maintain and update data in the HRIS system, generate reports, and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover and employee engagement.

    + Support or lead special HR projects that align with company goals, initiatives or employee engagement programs.

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of experience in a broad HR role, such as HR Generalist or HR Specialist.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.

    + Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + A solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, such as FMLA, EEO compliance, and ADA regulations.

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-resolution skills. The ability to collaborate across teams is essential.

    + Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

    + Professional certifications such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) are a plus.
