    Description

    Overview:

    Robert Half is partnering with a reputable commercial property management company seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting property management teams and tenants in a commercial real estate environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support to property managers and building engineers across a portfolio of commercial properties

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communications, addressing requests, service issues, and lease inquiries promptly and professionally

    + Coordinate work orders, maintenance requests, and vendor services using property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.)

    + Prepare and process lease documents, renewals, and vendor contracts

    + Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable

    + Maintain accurate records of tenant insurance certificates, lease abstracts, and other compliance documents

    + Support property inspections, scheduling vendors and following up on open items

    + Order office and building supplies, manage vendor invoices, and ensure timely payment processing

    + Assist with planning and coordinating tenant events and communications

    + Maintain digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company policies

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in property administration, commercial real estate, or facilities support

    + Strong knowledge of property management practices and lease terminology

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar preferred

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
