Description We are looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will act as a key technical liaison within the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of platforms to support marketing initiatives. The position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing flexibility across time zones after training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to the global marketing team, addressing requests and ensuring timely resolution.

• Administer and optimize marketing platforms such as ON24, Pardot, Salesforce, and others to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to manage and improve chat bot platforms, including updates, governance, and reporting.

• Drive the implementation and integration of marketing systems to ensure alignment with structured processes and team objectives.

• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to maximize adoption and understanding of marketing tools.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring marketing effectiveness and continuous improvement.

• Partner with vendors to evaluate and implement new marketing technology solutions.

• Assist in defining and executing the MarTech roadmap in collaboration with marketing partners.

• Stay informed about emerging marketing technology trends to keep the team educated and ahead of industry changes.

• Support webcast platform management and oversee updates to optimize its usage. Requirements • Proven experience with marketing platforms such as ON24, Pardot, and Salesforce.

• Strong understanding of marketing systems integration and structured implementation processes.

• Hands-on expertise in administering and optimizing marketing technology platforms.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics to monitor performance and drive results.

• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact within the team.
