    Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This Contract position involves providing administrative assistance, customer interaction, and event coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of sales processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of representing the company with attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome visitors to the sales office, provide relevant information, and direct inquiries to appropriate sales staff.

    • Assist in or lead tours of residential and assisted living areas as needed.

    • Offer administrative support to the Sales Director and team by preparing correspondence, reports, and tracking documents.

    • Maintain and update sales software with accurate and detailed inquiry data.

    • Organize the office environment, manage promotional materials, and ensure supplies are readily available.

    • Coordinate administrative aspects of new resident move-ins, including preparing orientation packets, scheduling support, and assembling welcome gifts.

    • Plan and execute marketing events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, and event logistics.

    • Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures and packets, collaborating with volunteers or concierge services.

    • Ensure the sales office remains well-maintained, organized, and visitor-ready at all times.

    • Represent the company with a high level of care, supporting its mission and values. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and Concur software.

    • Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships.

    • Familiarity with Crystal Reports for generating detailed insights.

    • Strong data processing skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to handle cash activities and processes with accuracy.

    • Excellent communication skills for answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries.

    • Knowledge of buying processes and sales workflows.
