    Description

    Kimberly Casey from Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeper Assistant to join a thriving company in Eugene, OR. This is a newly created role due to that growth and offers a unique opportunity to help shape the position over time. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounts payable and data entry experience, and any payroll support background (especially with prevailing wage) is highly valued. Month-end close and reconciliation experience is a plus, and Spanish bilingual skills are a welcomed bonus. This is an on-site role with a collaborative, casual, team-oriented environment.

    Requirements

    + Experience with accounts payable and electronic document storage (QuickBooks preferred)

    + Payroll support experience; prevailing wage knowledge is a plus

    + Familiarity with reconciliations, general ledger, and month-end close

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Flexibility to adapt in a newly created and evolving role

    + Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred but not required)
