    Description

    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing user-facing features, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional user experiences. You will work collaboratively with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web applications. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to staying updated on the latest web development technologies and trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Front-End Development: Build, design, and maintain scalable, responsive, and robust front-end applications using modern programming languages and frameworks like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (Source: US Demand for Skilled Talent Q1 2025).

    + UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and visual guidelines into high-quality code while maintaining usability and accessibility standards.

    + Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance by identifying inefficiencies, troubleshooting bugs, and streamlining user interactions.

    Requirements

    + Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or relevant field. Equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.

    + Proficiency in Front-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (including SASS/LESS), and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

    + Responsive Design Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop responsive and mobile-friendly applications.

    + Version Control Systems: Experience with Git and version control workflows.

    + Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide solutions under tight timelines.

    + Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
