Description We are looking for an Architectural Marketing Project Specialist to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can support the project management team in delivering high-quality architectural marketing materials. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote, including a mandatory in-office day on Wednesdays.
Responsibilities:
• Provide project support by managing timelines and ensuring architectural marketing deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Oversee the progress of multiple projects by gathering requirements and aligning deliverables with quality standards.
• Coordinate with teams across departments, including Community Planning, Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing.
• Manage the creation and delivery of marketing assets such as brochures, floor plan inserts, renderings, and virtual tours.
• Prioritize competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
• Facilitate effective decision-making to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite to support project execution.
• Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements • Associate degree or equivalent certification required, with a focus on Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of project management experience, preferably in marketing or architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign, is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, detail-oriented demeanor.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Innovation starts with people.®
