Description The Enterprise Service Specialist II is the second level of Enterprise Service Specialist and is responsible for numerous duties including auditing, assembling, binding and preparing contracts for delivery, processing duplicate and reissue requests and preparing and processing mail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assembles and binds contracts using binding machine.
• Prepares contracts for shipping.
• Documents status of contracts in necessary databases.
• Stocks supplies as needed.
• Process return mail as needed.
• Audits contract pages for misspellings or errors.
• Manages the contract assembly email inbox.
• Processes outgoing mail by appropriate vendor (USPS, FedEx & UPS).
• Runs company errands, including supplies and mail delivery to other locations.
• Utilizes and navigates multiple computer systems, applications, and procedure tools.
• Collaborates with teammates creating solutions for different issues and situations.
• Discusses with manager and team ideas/ways to improve efficiencies in department; collaborates and works with team promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Takes initiative in learning and accurately following departmental procedures for each task.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with employees, customers, and outside third parties.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to successfully handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work overtime as required and maintain company attendance standards.
• Ability to actively listen to internal/external customers.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to regularly exhibit positive and professional behavior individually and amongst the team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Working near moving mechanical parts 50% of the time using binding, mail and other equipment.
• Ability to walk and stand most of the workday, generally 50—75% of the day.
