Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Visalia, California. This is a long-term contract position where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes, from order placement to payment resolution. With guidance and mentorship, you will help maintain customer satisfaction by addressing roadblocks and enhancing workflow efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technology and established processes to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth workflows.

• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners to meet daily product, pricing, and transportation needs.

• Plan and manage order activities, ensuring accuracy and completion within company systems.

• Coordinate tasks such as shipment tracking, exception management, inventory forecasting, invoicing, and credit reconciliation.

• Address and resolve exceptions by collaborating with transportation providers, distribution partners, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate item-level data within company systems, including pricing, descriptions, and packaging details.

• Identify and mitigate service failures, such as delayed deliveries, to minimize impacts on customer satisfaction.

• Deliver excellent customer service through timely and precise communication with external partners.

• Report operational updates and performance metrics to the team.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Familiarity with inventory management, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

• Problem-solving skills to address issues and implement effective solutions.

• Knowledge of logistics and shipping functions, including vendor coordination.
