Job Posting: Litigation Paralegal – Hybrid Work Opportunity

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support high-profile cases, including MDLs (Multi-District Litigation) and mass torts. Your Responsibilities: Case Management: Organize and manage large volumes of litigation files, especially in MDLs and mass tort cases.

+ Discovery Support: Assist attorneys with document review, preparation, and production.

+ Trial Prep: Help with trial logistics, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and creating trial binders.

+ Client Interaction: Liaise with clients professionally to gather case information and provide case updates.

+ File Management: Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with legal and court deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience: Minimum 2 years in litigation, with experience in MDLs and mass tort cases preferred.

+ Skills: Highly organized, detail-driven, and efficient in managing multiple priorities.

+ Tech Proficiency: Familiar with eDiscovery tools, legal software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Education: Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

+ Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Illinois state and federal court rules is advantageous.

• Experienced in Litigation ParaLegal duties

• Familiarity with ParaLegals' responsibilities and tasks

• Ability to Schedule Depositions efficiently

• Proficient in e-Filing procedures

• Demonstrable experience with Court Filing

• Understanding of Multi-District Litigation

• Experience with Calendar - Docket management

• Skilled in Calendaring practices and principles
