    Key Responsibilities

    • Management Tools & Platforms: Leverage SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP) to manage supply chain processes and ensure on-time delivery of parts.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts to maintain high performance for your assigned commodity of parts.

    • Performance Metrics Oversight: Monitor, track, and improve supply chain metrics, including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

     

    Work Hours: 1st Shift (between 6 AM and 5 PM).

     

    Note: No overtime required.

     

    Work Location: Onsite.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 3 years’ planning experience or equivalent.

    + Previous contingent experience at John Deere is a strong plus.

    + Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Skills:

    + Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

    + Quick learner with strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + SAP experience is an advantage but not required.
