Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-permanent position will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Epicor Prophet 21 system and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and be adept at identifying opportunities for process improvement while providing excellent support to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for Prophet 21-related issues, utilizing Freshservice to manage and resolve tickets efficiently in collaboration with developers.

• Analyze business processes, gather user requirements, and document findings to recommend enhancements for Prophet 21 and its companion tools.

• Manage user security configurations and address customization requests within Prophet 21 and supporting systems.

• Optimize and maintain existing applications and infrastructure, including performing upgrades and custom development for Prophet 21.

• Troubleshoot and support Wireless Warehouse operations, including resolving issues with Zebra handheld devices and Prophet 21 functionality.

• Develop and maintain internal Knowledge Base documentation to ensure smooth IT operations.

• Leverage expertise in Prophet 21 modules such as financials, procurement, inventory, planning, and warehousing to identify efficiencies and improve processes.

• Assist in creating custom reports and dashboards using tools like Crystal Reports and Power BI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Prophet 21 and related systems. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience working with Epicor Prophet 21, including daily system administration and management.

• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic technical environment, with excellent planning and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Prophet 21 configuration, upgrades, and system functionalities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with EDI processes and tools to support business operations.

• Experience with client-side scripting, configuration management, and business process documentation.

• Solid understanding of ERP and CRM systems, including their role in streamlining business operations.

• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Prophet 21 and its companion technologies. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
