    Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders** , a renowned treatment provider for over two decades, is seeking a seasoned behavioral health administrator to join us in Arizona as Executive Director. ** 

     

    In late 2020,  **Rosewood ** became part of  **Monte Nido** **,** ** ** a national leader with over 25 years of experience delivering proven treatment to those overcoming eating disorders. This role is responsible for the clinical and operational responsibilities of Rosewood Ranch.

     

    Rosewood Ranch is located in  **Wickenburg, AZ** , and is a 42 beds facility for inpatient/residential levels of care, serving both adults and adolescents of all genders. The facility is licensed as a level one inpatient facility/behavioral health facility. The program is licensed through the state of AZ and credentialed by the Joint Commission.

     

    The Executive Director oversees all clinical, and operational responsibilities for Rosewood. The Executive Director is responsible for providing 24-hour management of all functions of the facility, working directly with the Director of Nursing, Nutrition and Clinical Services. In addition, they are responsible for providing effective leadership to the staff, creating a strong team culture, having knowledge of the broader Monte Nido organization, engaging with marketing and outreach, and directing all activities in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Provide ongoing leadership and direction to all managers and staff.

    + Maintain staffing levels through effective recruiting and retention.

    + Maintain operational discipline, operating within the labor and non-labor budgets.

    + Collaborate and coordinate efforts with the Marketing, Outreach and Admissions department to ensure the facility achieves budgeted and forecasted client census levels.

    + Partner with other functions of the organization to support the facility.

    + Oversight of the clinical care provided at the facility; including outcome measures, ALOS, discharges.

    + Ensure compliance with all oversight bodies, including The Joint Commission and Federal, State, and local regulations.

    + For changes in standards of care, collaborate with all disciplines to plan, prepare, and implement such changes.

    + Represent Rosewood and Monte Nido in professional organizations and join public relations efforts when needed.

    + In an emergency or declared state of emergency, they maybe required to stay onsite as a part of the emergency team until the emergency has ended.

    Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree in a clinical healthcare or administrative discipline, or related field

    + Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare settings with multiple levels of care and medical units or departments, including inpatient or residential treatment facilities, with demonstrated ability to support continuous quality improvement and effectively collaborate across all levels of management and staff.
