Description
We are looking for a skilled Engagement Operations Portfolio Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. This role focuses on managing financial operations, ensuring revenue accuracy, and contributing to the strategic financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client finance within detail-oriented services and a solid grasp of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee portfolio revenue processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze and manage client contracts, addressing financial terms and compliance requirements.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on accounting debits, credits, and reconciliations.
• Manage billing functions, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition procedures.
• Work with accounting software systems and CRM tools to streamline financial operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data mining and budget analysis.
• Support auditing processes by preparing detailed documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize revenue.
• Coordinate with the Director of Finance and Operations to ensure organizational goals are met.

Requirements • Proven experience in client finance, accounting, or a related role requiring attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems and CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits.
• Experience with contract management and financial compliance.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
