Description We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for legal support and a keen eye for detail, who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents with precision.

• Organize and prepare materials for court proceedings, including trial binders and research collection.

• Manage attorney calendars to ensure deadlines and appointments are effectively scheduled.

• Provide general administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for case preparation.

• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to facilitate civil litigation processes.

• Handle trial preparation tasks, including document organization and logistical arrangements.

• Maintain accurate records and manage legal pleadings efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff to address case-related needs. Requirements • Proven experience in drafting legal documents and pleadings.

• Strong skills in managing calendars and scheduling for attorneys.

• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and trial preparation.

• Exceptional organizational and typing skills.

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and compile relevant findings.

• Personable demeanor with excellent communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
