    Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the accounting function, ensuring all tasks align with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

    + Stay ahead of evolving accounting standards by researching, interpreting, and implementing new GAAP guidelines to maintain compliance and accuracy.

    + Oversee daily accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closures, reporting, and reconciliations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new standards into accounting policies, procedures, and systems.

    + Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a culture of success and innovation.

    + Partner with leadership to evaluate the financial impact of accounting changes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.

    + 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on implementing and staying abreast of GAAP standards.

    + Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.
