Roles: Full-Time, Permanent – Law & Motions Attorney and Case Handling Attorney

Open Positions

1. Law & Motions Attorney

Focus on crafting compelling legal arguments through research, writing, and motion practice.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings addressing complex legal issues.

+ Conducting research to support litigation strategy.

+ Collaborating with attorneys across teams.

2. Case Handling Attorney

Take ownership of cases from intake to resolution, advocating for clients throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Managing discovery, depositions, trial prep, and resolution strategies.

+ Direct client communication and interaction.

+ Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.

Who We’re Looking For

+ Experience: 3+ years’ relevant experience preferred (motion practice, litigation, or trial work).

+ Licensed: Active Bar License (MO, IL or other jurisdiction).

+ Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and tech proficiency are key.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Case Management Software

• Must have strong skills in Document Management

• Should be experienced in Briefing

• Should have a background in Civil Litigation

• Must be capable of Defending Depositions

• Should have experience in Depositions

• Must be able to Draft Motions

• Should be adept in Motion Practice

• Asbestos Litigation experience is preferred

• Must have Civil Litigation Experience

• Should have experience in Complex Litigation

• Must have specialization in Litigation - Plaintiff

• Must be a Licensed Attorney

• Should have experience as a Litigation Attorney
