    Marketing Assistant

     

    Duration: 3-month contract

     

    Schedule: 40 hours/week

     

    We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a US-based marketing team with data entry and CRM-related tasks. This is a full-time, hybrid role (Monday through Thursday in-office) for a 3-month contract based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately enter, update, and validate client data in Salesforce (or similar CRM), including accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and experience details

    + Perform list segmentation, parsing, and cleanup to support campaign and reporting efforts

    + Review and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency—identify and correct errors as needed

    + Collaborate with the marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data quality standards

    + Assist with routine data maintenance and administrative tasks to support broader marketing efforts

    + Communicate clearly and effectively with internal team members via written and verbal communication

    Requirements

    Top 3 Must-Haves:

    + Proven experience with data entry, list segmentation, and list cleanup/parsing in a marketing or sales environment

    + Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience is required

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., using functions, filters, and data tools)

    Preferred Experience:

    + Previous experience supporting marketing or sales teams in a corporate setting

    + Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

    + Understanding of CRM best practices and data hygiene
