    Attention detail-oriented professionals! Our client in Pauma Valley, CA is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to contribute to the financial stability of a thriving manufacturing company.

    Responsibilities

    As an AP Specialist, you’ll handle:

    + Processing and recording invoices accurately into the ERP system.

    + Verifying and reconciling three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and shipping receipts.

    + Ensuring compliance with internal controls over AP processes and resolving vendor questions.

    + Managing payment runs and ensuring the integrity of timely payments.

    + Preparing month-end reports and assisting in audits and annual tax filings.

    + Supporting overall accounts payable operations as required, including ad hoc projects.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of AP experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and accounting tools (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, SAP).

    + Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounts payable workflows.

    + Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.

    + Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
