    Robert Half Accountemps (Waller, TX)


    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Waller, Texas. This is a Contract-to-continuing position offering the opportunity to transition to a long-term role based on performance and business needs. The role involves managing accounts receivable across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial operations, and collaborating in a hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote days.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee accounts receivable processes for five separate companies, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.

    • Monitor and manage three distinct bank accounts, clearing and posting payments effectively.

    • Process remittance notices and ensure all payments are accurately recorded.

    • Assist with month-end closing activities to maintain compliance and financial accuracy.

    • Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure records are up-to-date.

    • Utilize Dynamics 365 extensively for financial operations and reporting.

    • Handle billing tasks and ensure invoices are generated and sent promptly.

    • Manage cash applications and collections, ensuring timely receipt of payments.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in accounts receivable procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

    • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (D365) for managing financial operations.

    • Strong skills in account reconciliation and cash applications.

    • Familiarity with billing processes and commercial collections.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and entities simultaneously.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
