Description We are looking for a Jr Product Manager to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in driving product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of innovative solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to oversee product development processes, particularly for Android-based solutions.

• Leverage expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to contribute to innovative product strategies.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira to manage bug tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

• Conduct AB testing to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product goals align with business objectives.

• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and deliverables.

• Monitor and address issues in cloud-based technologies to optimize product functionality.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Analyze user feedback and market trends to prioritize product features.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines. Requirements

+ 1-4 years professional experience

+ Able to understand why customers make decisions

+ Open to learning in-depth about a niche field of industry

+ Ability to translate business goals into actionable requirements

+ Understanding of cloud technologies and their integration into products.

+ Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
