Job Posting: Legal Assistant – Releases Team

Join one of the nation’s top plaintiffs’ law firms in downtown St. Louis as a Legal Assistant on the Releases Team. We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to support attorneys and clients with critical case documentation.

+ Key Responsibilities:

+ Review, draft, and manage release documents.

+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

+ Ensure compliance with deadlines and coordinate supporting documents.

+ Maintain organized case files and assist with client signatures.

+ Provide administrative support to ensure smooth case processing.

+ What You Need:

+ Experience: Prior administrative or legal support experience preferred but not required.

+ Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

+ Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office; legal software experience is a plus.

+ Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills and professionalism.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Case Management Software

• Demonstrable experience in Briefing

• Ability to manage Calendars effectively

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal

• Knowledge and understanding of Paralegal practices and procedures

• Strong skills in Legal Research

• Experience in Litigation - Plaintiff

• Familiarity with e-Filing systems

• Experience with Court Filings

• Proficiency in Litigation - Filing

• Demonstrable skills in Case Management

• Experience in Calendaring

• Knowledge of Calendar - Docket procedures

• Ability to maintain and organize Files effectively
