Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. This role requires an accounting expert who can oversee all facets of financial management while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Prepare and maintain detailed financial records, including cash flow analysis and annual budgets.

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial statements.

• Oversee payroll processing using systems such as ADP and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Produce detailed financial reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of computerized accounting systems.

• Handle general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries and adjustments.

• Monitor and enhance internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

• Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP, is highly preferred.

• Ability to prepare and analyze annual budgets and cash flow reports.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
