    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated Tier 1 HR Advisor to join a team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to employees and managers through various communication channels. If you excel in customer service, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to employee and manager inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication methods, providing accurate and timely solutions.

    • Process daily HR transactions in Workday and other relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy.

    • Maintain high standards for service level agreements and key performance indicators in a call center environment.

    • Analyze and address employee concerns, offering clear and effective resolutions while ensuring professionalism.

    • Guide employees and managers on the use of HR systems such as Workday and Kronos.

    • Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 specialists or the HR Service Center Manager as needed for resolution.

    • Document all interactions thoroughly and professionally in the Case Management System.

    • Safeguard sensitive information by adhering to confidentiality standards and company policies.

    • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or HR environment.

     

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or Kronos is highly desirable.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

    • High attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and case notes.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
