What´s the role?
As the Business Account Executive, you are responsible for sales quota attainment through various selling activities including Direct Sales (face to face), Telemarketing and canvassing (door to door selling). Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of coaxial products, including cable, internet, and telephony. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer happiness, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
How can you add value?
+ Conduct product and services demonstrations and presentations that meet and exceed customer expectations.
+ Sell services and products to PYMES (SOHO) accounts, including Internet Access, Video and VOIP services depending on Monthly Sales Quota of $1,800 installed.
+ Focus on passionately offering Liberty’s product portfolio which includes VoIP, Video, and Internet Services to PYMES businesses.
+ Perform sales activities to meet assigned quota which includes canvassing, cold calling, and prospecting. Submits logs and reports to record such activities and supervise weekly activity standards.
+ Build and maintain mutually helpful business relationships.
+ Resolve all sales contract submission and approval to ensure accurate processing and implementation. Complete in its entirety the sales service orders and other forms of sales, staying in sync with the sales requirements and policies.
+ Manage relationships and communication with all clients to ensure high levels of client happiness. Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems in a professional and timely manner and accurately advances within the organization.
+ Support sales, promotional and corporate events representing the Company.
+ Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
+ Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.
+ Provide prospect/customer with price quotations and insure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding such services.
+ Sell consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various the company offers.
+ Prompt and search business customers through door-to-door sales campaigns, in territories that are assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
+ Save and re-sell the value or our product and services by properly aligning their features, benefits, and price with the needs of our customers.
+ Perform daily sales reports, visit reports, as requested by their supervisor, to acquire sales and cover all the assigned territory.
+ Process sales every day through the Business Sales Processing Department providing all the vital information as established by the sales policies.
+ Deliver all sales daily in the office assigned as base within the established timetable.
+ Make sure to follow the established minimum sales quota on a weekly and monthly basis.
+ Supervise all processed sales to make sure that they are installed on a timely manner.
+ Keep Managers posted of daily sales activities and production results.
+ Attend daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly meetings as needed.
+ May drive company vehicles.
+ Promote compliance with Liberty’s mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
+ Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies, and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
+ Other functions may be assigned.
What do you need?
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with preference in Business Administration or Marketing.
2-5 years of direct selling experience.
Other Qualifications:
+ Written and verbal proficiency in the languages of English and Spanish.
+ Knowledge on Internet Services, Nodal, Cable, and Broadband products and applications.
+ Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
+ Good skills of negotiation and persuasion.
+ Well organized, self-started, and motivated.
+ Outstanding presentation abilities.
+ Computer-literate (Microsoft Office).
+ Driver license valid and in force, and satisfactory driver record.
+ Owns and drive motor vehicle that follows state laws and traffic regulations.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
