Kimberly Casey from Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join a highly reputable and growth-focused company. With multiple systems in place and a dynamic team structure, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of their work while continuing to grow their career. The right candidate will have a solid accounting foundation with 3+ years of experience in general ledger management, financial close, account reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Requirements

+ A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

+ 3+ years of experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Great Plains or JD Edwards a plus)

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

+ The ability to take initiative, manage projects independently, and adapt to evolving responsibilities

+ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

+ A process improvement mindset and desire to grow within the organization
