Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. This role involves managing essential financial operations, ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, and handling account reconciliations. Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Manage check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Input financial data efficiently and maintain records in accounting systems.

• Verify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payment records.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts payable processes.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP to perform daily tasks.

• Monitor and address outstanding payments or vendor inquiries promptly.

• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and analysis.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and coding procedures.

• Ability to perform account reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of check run processes and payment protocols.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills for addressing vendor or team inquiries.
