Lead EVS Attendant

This is just a fancy way of saying we need someone to be in charge of our cleaning crew.

EVS (custodians) mainly clean the casino floor and main guest areas.

Do you have supervisor experience? Do you love to clean? We NEED you!

+ Responsible for the overall supervision of the EVS (custodial) functions in the absence of the Director of Facilities.

+ Assists in the selection, training, supervision and evaluation of the EVS (Cleaning) attendants.

+ Recommends and suggests hiring, transferring, suspending, assigning, evaluating, and discharging all subordinate associates on assigned shift.

+ Responsible for maintaining safety programs to ensure all associates and customers are provided a safe, hazard-free establishment.

+ Conducts daily inspections of property to ensure efficient EVS (Janitorial) operations and maintains a clean environment for guests and performers.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to stand; walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Associate is occasionally required to sit.

The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
