Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seekingKids Program Attendant | Full Timefor the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club!

Responsibilities

+ Maintain active focus on all children, providing caring, energetic attention and consistent direction

+ Communicate clearly and supportively with parents regarding children’s needs, behavior, and related issues

+ Complete daily/weekly/monthly programs and activities planned for each level of childcare as defined for various programs

+ Accurately complete procedures for registration, daily sign-in/out, cleanliness, and safety

+ Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the childcare areas

+ Provide feedback to management about improvements that could be made regarding programming, planning, organizing, and policies

+ Work as a team member with the Fun Squad to provide a high level of service to members

+ Attend all required meetings and staff trainings throughout the year

+ SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests

+ May be asked to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Must enjoy working with children of all ages

+ Must have flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Must be CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certified, or must obtain certification upon hire

+ Yearly Background Check

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to lift moderate weight (50-60 lbs)

+ Must be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time

Working Environment:

+ Indoor Kid’s Club childcare facility

+ Indoor Ballroom

+ Outdoor with exposure to hot and cold temperatures

+ Frequent travel around property

Tools & Equipment:

+ Microsoft Office

+ Children’s play equipment
