    Position Purpose

    This position is responsible for assisting Vibe Credit Union live out its mission of making a positive difference in the financial lives of our members. The position is responsible for developing a highly effective team through coaching and leadership. The position is responsible for ensuring outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. The position is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of Credit Union policies, procedures, and overall corporate business goals.

    Essential Duties

    + Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with the credit union's overall strategic objectives.

    + Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.

    + Identify market opportunities and lead regional initiatives to grow loans, deposits, community, and member engagement.

    + Responsible for analyzing and reviewing the branch profitability and utilization of products and services.

    + Review and develop branch strategic plans in relation to the overall organizational goals of the credit union.

    + Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and meet individual and team sales goals.

    + Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, training, and mentorship.

    + Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

    + Analyze, review, and recommend new and existing programs and services to ensure the credit union is serving members at the highest level.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Lending, Training, etc.) to ensure smooth branch operations and the effective delivery of member solutions.

    + Champion the credit union's mission and values through active community involvement and member engagement.

    + Promote financial wellness and education in local markets.

    + Represent the credit union at events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand presence.

    + Ensure branch and management vacancies are measured and the branch staffing model is appropriate at all times.

    + Address complex or escalated member inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and the highest standards of member service and satisfaction are consistently upheld.

    + Responsible for ensuring all branch personnel is trained and adheres to all policies and procedures including security, BSA, AML, CIP, CDD, and SAFE.

    + Responsible for demonstrating sound judgment and analysis while acting as a loan officer and membership officer for Vibe Credit Union.

    + Responsible for ensuring that all branch team members follow internal audit, compliance, and internal controls in accordance with credit union procedures.

    + Perform other duties as needed

    Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in related field.

    + 5-7 years' management experience or comparable leadership experience.

    + Experience leading multiple locations preferred.

    + Experience in retail banking or credit unions strongly preferred.

    + Maintains self-awareness, using feedback and reflection to adapt leadership style and drive team performance.

    + Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a sales-driven environment.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

    + Passion for delivering exceptional member service and community impact.

    + Ability to travel between all Vibe locations.
