    Work you'll do

    As a Senior Consultant (Business Analyst/Configuration Lead) within our practice, your responsibilities will include:

    + Leading the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to optimize client project delivery

    + Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects

    + Designing and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirements

    + Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore

    + Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption

    + Participating in problem-solving sessions with the team, contributing innovative ideas to address client issues

    Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

    + Listen to, understand, and incorporate client needs and objectives into work plans

    + Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    + Manage multiple project deliverables in a dynamic environment

    + Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively

    The team

    Deloitte's Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

    Qualifications required:

    + Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.

    + At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly with Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, or Procore

    + Extensive project management and controls experience, with a deep understanding of project management fundamentals

    + Proficiency in project controls, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating these aspects into technology platforms

    + Strong capability in configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboards

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

    + Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred:

    + Advanced degree in a related field or an MBA

    + Professional certifications such as PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPA

    + Experience with coding, particularly SQL

    + Previous experience in a professional services firm or with international project engagements

    + Multilingual capabilities

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $188,900.

     

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
