    What You'll Do:

    + Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards

    + Provide Exceptional Guest Service to bar guests, ensuring a memorable experience

    + Maintain a clean and organized bar area

    + Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service

    + Upsell and recommend drink specials, menu items, and promotions

    + Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

    + Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

    + Assist with opening and closing the bar as needed

    + Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts

    What You'll Need:

    + Previous bartending experience required (full-service preferred)

    + Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and bar equipment

    + Excellent Guest Service, communication, and multitasking skills

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    + Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    + TIPS certification or equivalent is a plus but not required
