The company is headquartered in NYC and has business operations and satellite offices worldwide. We are looking for a Manager, Benefits who will be an integral member of IAC's Human Resources team. The Manager, Benefits will assist with the design, implementation, administration, and promotion of our employee benefits programs. This role will report into the Head of Benefits and will help ensure that IAC's benefit offerings are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with our organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities Benefits Strategy & Administration * Administer and enhance employee benefits programs across the IAC portfolio, including healthcare, life/disability, 401(k), and leave management. * Work closely with the benefit teams within IAC's portfolio and provide guidance on benefit policies and processes. * Serve as escalation point for employee benefit questions and concerns. * Oversee the annual enrollment process, including plan design, benefits administration system testing, communications, onsite events, and education. * Manage benefit vendor relationships and ensure all issues are escalated and resolved quickly and appropriately. * Evaluate existing benefit vendors and assist with RFPs and implementations as needed. Compliance & Reporting * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA. * Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements across all benefit programs. * Prepare and file required reports and documentation including 1095s, 5500s, etc. * Perform regular audits and testing of benefit plans, including non-discrimination testing. Communication & Education * Keep relevant teams abreast of benefit decisions, issues, and events, including internal finance and internal audit teams. * Develop and implement employee benefits promotion strategy to enhance employee experience and increase benefits utilization. * Maintain employee resource database within ben admin system and ensure all materials are up to date. Qualifications * 5+ years in benefits administration with demonstrated experience managing multiple benefits plans and programs. * Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employee benefits. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and companies. * Adept in benefits administration systems and HRIS, especially UKG Pro and Workday. * Experience supporting varied populations, including hourly, part-time, union and retirees. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
